You will be expected to project manage complex transformation initiatives and manage operational teams and be part of the heartbeat of our dynamic operational management system. Your responsibilities may include

  • Managing demand planning and forecasting teams, using the latest analytical models to get ahead of the next big supply chain event

  • Being responsible for key supply chain metrics and driving initiatives to improve

  • Driving inventory and Lifecyle improvement initiatives

  • Building and managing supplier relationships

  • Working to get the secure the right levels of inbound supply at the right time

  • Leading transformation initiatives and projects to continue to develop our digital supply chain

  • Leading and developing your team, building a culture of open-ness and feedbackPreferred Locations- Rochester, MN; Poughkeepsie, NY; RTP, NC

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in operational Supply Chain roles including supplier management, demand planning and forecasting, supply assurance

  • Experience in delivering successful Supply Chain transformation projects

  • Leadership Experience in a complex global supply chain environment with a track record of excellence

  • Deep understanding of multiple Supply Chain Domains and ability to think strategically

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the flexibility required to work in a global environment

  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel/ Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in using the Supply Chain planning tool Kinaxis Rapid Response

  • Experience in manufacturing, electronics supply chains

  • Understanding of the latest and future industry trends in Supply Chain

  • Understanding of the latest technology such as AI, Blockchain
