Oversee student organization management. Review and revise student organization policies, as necessary. Organize annual training of student leaders on policies and procedures such as budgeting and fiscal management, risk management, succession planning, event planning, and publicity. Support student organizations with budgeting; event planning; contracts, payments, and reimbursements; and leadership transition.Coordinate administrative aspects of the Society Program, including interview and selection process, training, event planning, and contracts, payments, and reimbursements. Manage the Society Program budget and provide monthly updates to Director of Student Affairs and student leaders.Coordinate all events produced by the Student Affairs Office, including but not limited to Welcome Week, the Sunflower Ceremony, Law School 101, Celebration of Service, and wellness programming. Process contracts with and bills from third-party vendors. Maintain relationships with Law School Special Events department, Accounting Department, and third-party vendors.Assist in the management of a six-figure budget for student life programming.Coordinate all aspects of student travel.Assist with final exam administration.Other related responsibilities and functions as assigned.
