Job Description

DUTIES:

Work with business analysts and users to understand their business processes and requirements, and convert them into technical design.

Design, configuration, development, testing, documentation, and deployment of CRM solutions on the salesforce.com platform.

Develop and enhance custom objects, Visual Force pages, APEX classes, triggers, Apex batch processes, Apex Web services and APIs, Test Coverage classes, S-Controls, and JavaScript.

Perform administration tasks in the Salesforce.com instance.

Manage fields, relationships, workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, validation rules, email notifications, custom buttons/links, reports, dashboards, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.

Prepare project documentation including technical specifications and unit test scripts.

Perform unit testing and fix defects.

Support the user acceptance test activities.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, or related field of study plus 6 years of experience in the job offered, Salesforce.com development or related experience. Employer also accepts a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, or related field of study a plus 4 years of experience in the job offered, Salesforce.com development or related experience.

Must have experience or knowledge with:

  • SFDC data model, data architecture, and data management;

  • Salesforce.com development and administration;

  • SFDC architectural concepts;

  • Javascript;

  • S-Controls;

  • Apex Web services;

  • Visual Force pages;

  • APEX classes, Apex triggers, and Apex batch processes;

  • Lightning.
