Enterprise Technology is looking for a self-motivated, hard-working individual who can work with a global team that is developing & deploying a Salesforce strategy for Ford's Customer Relationship Management projects globally.

What you’ll be able to do :

  • This candidate will design a complete and complex framework for Salesforce CRM. Candidate will define processes, system specifications, input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software that support Salesforce CRM.

  • Understand the current CRM business processes across all regions and business units.

  • Understand the functionality of Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing and Data Clouds, as well as Mulesoft.

  • Work with various stakeholders to study the transformation of current process / legacy systems to Industry best standards / technology/ systems.

  • Define and develop end-to-end CRM architecture, including system landscapes, integration points, data models, and technical components Recommend possible technology / process solution to address gaps.

  • Collaborate with Ford’s internal CRM Platform team and GDIA teams.

  • Support key deployments of Salesforce as we rollout across various features and use cases globally and integrate with existing Ford and 3rd party applications.

  • Stay current on CRM/Salesforce trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

The minimum requirements we seek :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 2+ years of functional/technical experience with Salesforce, with skills including:

  • Salesforce Sales, Marketing and Data Cloud knowledge, solution expertise, consultation skills.

  • Deployment experience

Our preferred requirements :

  • Expertise in Architecture and how to architect for SaaS and Cloud based solutions.

  • Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely to business and IT stakeholders.

  • Would be a plus if you also understood Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager and how they compare with Salesforce Technologies.

  • Knowledge and practical experience of agile delivery

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver assignments on time and with quality.
