Assist with daily management of project tasks, including recruitment, scheduling, data collection (interviews and surveys), data analysis, managing participant progress, and compensation.Lead and conduct literature reviews, background research, and other study-related activities to produce research papers and presentations.Serve as the Institutes Volunteer Coordinator. Responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to, developing processes, attending to volunteer inquiries, managing volunteer assignments and onboarding.Create, manage, and maintain an Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval process.Supervise support staff including, but not limited to, research assistants and undergraduate volunteers.Other duties as assigned such as assist with statistical analysis software, conduct data collection workshops.
