We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Server to join our Team. What to Expect

  • Consistent delivery of an approachable refined hospitality experience

  • Willing to have a flexible schedule

  • Always attentive to guests and team

  • Share your thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu in order to answer all questions from guests and team

  • Engage with guests and be able to recommend cocktails and suggest alternatives

  • Take food and beverage orders, paying close attention to special requests and dietary restrictions

  • Serve food, wine, cocktails and beverages

  • Oversees all aspects of table service to include table side service

  • Inputs all orders into the POS system accurately

  • Clear and reset tables

  • Demonstrate an understanding of our steps of service

  • Engage in communication and active listening to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates

  • Perform opening and closing side work

  • Responsible to monitor, restock, and replenish service item par levels, inventory and supplies

  • Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times

You Should Have

  • Prefer one (1) or more years of serving experience in a high volume fine dining restaurant

  • A valid TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position

  • Must have an outgoing personality and hospitality driven attitude

  • Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time

  • Must be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic and able to multitask

PHYSICAL AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

  • Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift.

  • Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations.

  • Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry objects as necessary.

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

  • Must be able to work in a fast pace and high-volume environment in the presence of areas containing high noise levels, bright lights and dust and communicate during this time – sometimes within a small area.

  • Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes.
