Collaborate with The University of Texas System, external implementation team, and operational support teams to contribute to the development of a new Salesforce environment to support provider engagement, school engagement, and workforce development.Create custom objects, fields, email templates and validation rules, list views and page layouts, flags, declarative approaches like flows, and email alerts.Engage with internal and external constituents to gather and analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionalities.Maintain well-written records describing how each function works, any special configurations, and how to troubleshoot basic issues. Monitor and report on issues.Assist and/or lead Salesforce training for end users and partners. Conduct testing and track issues and their resolution. Serve as a contact for Salesforce-related activities, including user management, security settings, data integrity, and overall system maintenance.Upload data files from external data system regularly to provide engagement information within the Certified Records Manager (CRM). May lead to testing application programming interface for communication with external data system and Salesforce.
