Review, prioritize, and oversee the resolution of outstanding configuration decisions as identified by project leadsAssist with technical design and data mapping efforts by eliciting user requirements, documenting user stories, and communicating with both internal and external subject matter experts and data stewardsParticipate in design, configuration, and testing activities including performing basic administrative CRM functions such as modification of page layouts and list views, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields, and other routine tasksIn partnership with Senior Application Support Specialist, manage and monitor new security enhancement requests, including requests for new permission sets, permission set groups, public groups, and sharing rules while keeping in alignment with the overall organizational security policies.Identify opportunities for and create automations by designing and developing flows, approval processes, and validation rulesAnalyze and interpret user requirements, user stories, use cases, and system architecture documentationParticipate in design and testing activities for the purpose of Business Unit acceptance and package deploymentDevelop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, policies, and procedures for both platform user and internal technical audiences.Identify, quantify, and document business process improvementsOversee data quality efforts, including data validation and review for mass data loads and exports
