Oversee implementation of new system-level programs and initiatives, including project management and operational support such as managing timelines, resources, communication, training, and logistics, with support of the Assistant Dean for Professional Fulfillment and Well-Being.Manage operations of existing portfolio of system-level professional fulfillment and well-being programs and a speaker series, ensuring ongoing utilization and engagement.Co-design strategic plan and appropriate metrics, then translates this into tangible initiatives, in collaboration with the Assistant Dean for Professional Fulfillment and Well-Being.Assess impact and performance of new and existing programs and develops recommendations to optimize performance or fill gaps, based upon available data and survey results.?Provide consultative expertise on key offerings and programs related to professional fulfillment and well-being that are managed by other areas of the organization, such as employee assistance programs and human resources.Draft progress reports, newsletters, presentations, and website content related to professional fulfillment and well-being, partnering with the Dell Medical School Communications Team as neededCollaborate with other teams to assist with the design and implementation of programs, surveys, research projects, etc. that are closely aligned with professional fulfillment and well-being.Other related duties as assigned.
