Administrative duties include: Maintain/update donor lists, archives, and materials for program history. Handle logistics, box office, publication and programs and other printed materials for performances. Organize special events (Festival of Play, Summer performances, touring performances, Actors from the London Stage, American Shakespeare Center).Develop and execute comprehensive and varied marketing strategy for all S@W programs. Including designing/creating marketing materials in digital/print formats.Developing/maintainingelectronic mailing lists for distribution of marketing materials. Establishing measurable marketing goals and tracking effectiveness of marketing efforts. Monitor trends in social media and other avenues that may indicate potential new sources of marketing.Financial duties include: Collect, record and deposit ticket and concession income for all performances; process and record donations for all programs; coordinate with English Department staff on all accounting needs; oversee reimbursements for program staff; prepare grant applications and manage grant income. Prepare annual program budget and control allocation of expenditures. Track income. Prepare, submit and ensure proper execution of business contracts.Liaison between S@W and University office (including Legal Affairs, Development, CoLA, Office of Sponsored Projects); Public entities (community vendors, S@W Advisory Group, media). As well as liaison between S@W Director, Outreach coordinator, volunteers, webmaster and the public in general.Update and maintain databases of donors, audience members and former students - including improving and coordinating existing databases for optimum utilizations, tracking changes and ensuring accuracy of thousands of records of supporters and alumni.Oversee part-time and seasonal workers, including hiring, training and supervising. Assist with completing hiring requirements (I-9).Other related functions as assigned
