Communicate with and develop rapport with students, faculty, staff, campus partners and external vendors.Manage onsite logistics and operations (e.g., lodging, catering, classroom space, program events), staying within budget and ensuring timely, accurate, and quality execution of duties.Work closely and collaboratively with program leadership and cross-functional team members.Develop and manage event schedules.Prepare orientation communications and materials.Triage email inquiries, proactively and independently researches matters.Proactively communicate information across multiple team members and functional areas.Advise students individually and/or with groups regarding academic requirements, appropriate class selection, academic policies and procedures, and campus resources.Train, supervise, mentor and evaluate junior program staff, both formally and informally as assigned.Provide feedback on current processes and supports planning and implementation of process improvements.Maintain advising records and confidential student evaluation records.
