Performs entry-level administrative work and supports strategic projects under either the Enterprise Programs or Strategic Initiatives Section. Enterprise Program Section project work will vary as much as this exciting section does and range from research, to data analysis, to communications. Strategic Initiatives Section project work will vary and range from supporting our connected and autonomous vehicles (CV/AV) program, innovative corridors, emerging technologies, legislative policy, and multi-modal (AV transit). Employees at this level perform assignments following specific instructions and are subject to frequent review by the immediate supervisor.Essential Duties:Performs preliminary research on assignments and gathers pertinent dataPerforms routine word processing duties and conducts quality checks of documents created.Assists in performing inventory of agency innovation projectsCreates and maintains record of innovation projectsAssists with special projects under the guidance of Team LeadsSupports internal and external Division communications projectsPerforms other job responsibilities as assigned.
