Strategic Program Development: Assist Division Chief to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, in the strategic planning and execution of new programs within the division, ensuring alignment with the overall goals of the Department of Psychiatry and Dell Medical School, and in articulating the vision and mission of new initiatives, ensuring they reflect the department's and Dell Medical Schools values and objectives.Blueprint and Business Plan Creation: Develop detailed blueprints and business plans for each program, outlining the scope, objectives, timeline, budget, and key performance indicators.Fundraising and Philanthropy: Work alongside the Division Chief and Development Office in fundraising efforts, identifying potential donors, and developing proposals to secure philanthropic support for new and existing programs. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, community partners, and donors, to build support for the division's initiatives.
