Design, develop, and coordinate research-based products and protocols to meet the needs of higher education and/or K-12 systems, institutions, districts, and schools in the areas of high-quality curriculum and instruction, policy implementation, and educational leadership with a focus on implementation of modern math pathways.Work directly with states and systems to plan and facilitate professional learning and technical assistance with higher education and/or K-12 educators and administrators, utilizing a wide range of delivery and dissemination strategies.Coordinate logistics, details, and budgets of projects and programs as assigned. Collaborate and communicate with other members of project teams as appropriate.Support the Center's work bydisseminating information and communicating with educators in higher education and/or K-12 systems, professional associations, and other organizations. Assist in generating partnership leads. Contribute to development of marketing and informational publications.Participate in cross-functional teams and perform related functions as assigned.Participate in processes and activities designed to establish an organizational culture that supports learning, collaboration, and collective responsibility in order to enhance professional relationships, job satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness.
