Provide a high level of support for speaker series, symposiums, courses, and Maymester in D.C. activities for The Patman Center.Provide excellent customer service support to participants, speakers, students, and other relevant stakeholders. Coordinate communications regarding events and courses. Request information from participants and speakers as necessary. Manage site visits and background checks.Process travel requests, hotel and room reservations, coordinate catering and photography, and manage logistics for a variety of events throughout the year with a high level of attention to detail. Manage payment processing for events and honorariums.Coordinate communications with departments regarding reservations, payment processing, social media and event promotion, and communications management.Manage digital and social media campaigns, including identifying and generating new content, promoting speaker series, and scholarship opportunities. Encourage participation in Center activities and provide engagement with stakeholders. Create graphics for email marketing and social media, including working with Canva and MailChimp.Coordinate fellowship processing and communications.Other duties as assigned.
