Accurately track the status and location of emergency personnel using complex computer software. Monitor and acknowledge various alarms, including security access systems, fire alarm systems, security cameras, closed-circuit televisions, teletype, and TDD systems.Receive calls for police or other university services including those originating from emergency telephones and 911 systems.Obtain information quickly and accurately.
