:Assist electrician technicians in installations and make readies in apartments. Check and maintain electrical systems. Change out lamps, ceiling fan switches, and perform minor electrical repairs. Work with other trades as required.Assist HVAC Technicians in the installation of HVAC systems and performing preventative maintenance on units. Assist in changing out air filters in student apartments and offices.Assist plumbers in minor plumbing repairs, maintenance of sewer systems, and make readies. Assist in replacing and servicing kitchen sinks, bathtubs, lavatories, and toilets.Assist carpenters in installations and repairs of make readies, doors, cabinets, windows, floors, drywall, framing, and roof repairs.Assist all trades with preventative maintenance, changing out air filters, assisting in the repair of shop equipment (dollies, drain machines, etc.), and inventory management.Promote the professional development of self and all staff to improve knowledge and work skills through ongoing training and workshops, including monthly safety training.
