Administrative Operations in MarketingCreate media orders and traffic the receipt and delivery of marketing materials between advertising outlets and internal stakeholders including advertising materials, digital assets and beyond.Coordinate production and manage distribution of advertising materials across all types of media.Collect required documentation including invoices, proof of performance, and other related materials to prepare accurate and organized show advertising settlement packets for every event.Assist with the collection of data, key performance indicators and other analytics to help the department continuously optimize campaigns. Assist with creating actionable reporting including but not limited to ROAS reports, web analytics, email performance, digital conversion and beyond.Process and reconcile invoices in a timely fashion to ensure compliance with university accounts payable and TPA-specific procedures to facilitate timely payment to vendors.General Marketing and Communications SupportDraft compelling and effective copy for events to be used across paid, earned and owned media including the TPA website, email campaigns and digital advertising. Assist with the teams quality assurance process to maintain up to date and accurate content.Ensure that TPAs digital assets (including the TPA website, social media accounts, various event calendars) are up to date and accurate.Complete basic graphic design including resizing of digital assets and creating customized content for email and social media marketing.Distribute printed collateral on and off campus as needed.Manage in-venue signage calendar and assist front of house with deployment and maintenance of signage and collateral.Other duties as assigned.
