Responsibilities

  • Assembly and Testing: Follow detailed assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, and work orders to assemble various electro-mechanical systems and components. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment as required.

  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory standards. Identify and address any defects or issues promptly.

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues during assembly and testing processes. Implement corrective actions to resolve problems and prevent reoccurrence.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and any deviations encountered. Enter data into computer systems as necessary.

  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Follow regulatory requirements and company policies at all times.

  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality. Provide feedback on assembly procedures and suggest improvements as needed.

The essential functions of this role include:
