Maintenance Associate

South Austin, TX

Pay range $18-$20 hourly

Your Role

  • Providing repair and upkeep services for the residences of our clients, which may involve troubleshooting plumbing or electrical problems, fixing appliances, etc.

  • Conducting inspections and addressing damages in different parts of buildings.

  • Performing painting and surface refinishing tasks.

  • Applicants must possess their own tools for the tasks.

  • Assisting with basic vehicle maintenance, such as changing a flat tire or replacing a brake light bulb.

    Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Applicants must possess their own tools

  • Minimum 1 year of related experience

  • Working knowledge of and ability to handle all maintenance and electrical equipment

  • Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks

  • Effective communication skills and well-developed problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do
