Overview

Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day administration of M365 with a focus on Exchange. General tasks to respond and resolve user issues and requests. Work with the user provisioning team to ensure proper provisioning of new M365 users. Assist Service Desk and Deskside support in resolving issue with the client's M365 environment. Document standard operating procedures for use by Service Desk and Deskside support teams.

Serve as the main M365 administration support resource responsible for:

  • Respond to and resolve issues with the M365 environment with an emphasis on Exchange

  • Support Service Desk and Deskside support team

  • Document SOPs and Knowledge Base articles

  • Monitor MS alerts and assist with M365 upgrades and security patches

  • Work with the user administration team to ensure M365 provisioning is kept current

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience working as an M365 administrator in an enterprise environment support > 1,000 users

  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification - preferred

  • Microsoft 365 Associate Certification - preferred

  • Microsoft 365 Expert Certification - preferred

  • Self starter

  • Solid communication skills both oral and written

  • M365 Administration experience in an enterprise environment supporting > 1,000 users

  • Service desk or deskside support experience is a plus
