Create payment documents in the DEFINE system, including VP1, VP2, VP7, VPE, VT5 and VT6 documents, wire transfers, as well as other financial and accounting documents, while maintaining compliance with UDO, UT and state regulations and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner. This includes collection of necessary documentation. Process PO change orders when needed. Prepare and create documents as they pertain to Travel and Entertainment expenses in the Request form System.Provide consistent, timely and reliable communication to clients via email or other methods regarding status of approvals, returns, and process changes.Assist the Finance Team with locating, investigating, researching and resolving challenges as they arise that pertain to UDO finance related matters.Provide high-level customer service to our internal UDO Customers, the TEXAS DEVELOPMENT community, the University community and our external constituents.Be able to accurately and efficiently process high volumes of documents with tight deadlines.Additional duties as assigned to benefit UDO and the Finance Team.
