Job/Position DescriptionUnder the direction of the Deputy Chief Information Officer within the Information Technology Services Division, the Director of Quality Management Services is responsible for managing a program of services to include Strategic Planning, Quality Management, Audit Coordination and Management, Accessibility, Business Process Improvements, Legislative Planning and Coordination, and Incident and Risk Management. Performs highly advanced (senior-level) managerial work providing direction and guidance in Information Technology Services (ITS) strategic operations and planning. Work involves establishing the strategic plan and goals and objectives; developing policies, procedures, and guidelines; establishing priorities, standards, and measurement tools for determining progress in meeting goals; coordinating and evaluating program activities and/or business functions; and reviewing and approving budgets within departments or divisions. Supervises the work of others.
