We’re seeking a Designer, Brand & Channel Marketing that can conceptualize and guide creative solutions that effectively communicate strategic objectives for the EP business. This role is responsible for the design and edits of all creative output from the EP team and must create high quality deliverables and projects in a timely manner. In developing marketing, branding and design solutions, the designer should be committed to the direction, champion the solution and be able to persuasively articulate the creative intent.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures key messages and visuals are delivered in a consistent manner and are reflective of the brand.

  • Drive creative brainstorming sessions, creative planning and facilitate presentations.

  • Develop creative solutions in a variety of campaigns, across a broad range of media, including advertising, graphic design, and interactive.

  • Works within a collaborative team to generate breakthrough ideas and constantly strive for new, better, more innovative solutions.

  • Regularly reviews creative work with the Sr. Manager, Brand and Channel Marketing to get feedback on direction, and to ensure the work is aligned with marketing objectives.

  • Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

  • Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.

Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in creative marketing position.

  • Solid knowledge of the requirements of the creative process, including typical time and resources needed to produce quality work on time, and to specification.

  • Medical Device Industry or another regulated industry experience preferred!

  • Advanced skills in latest Adobe Creative Suite software for digital and print applications and fluency with Mac iOS standards.

  • HTML and HTML5 proficiency required.

  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, including adapting text into infographics and ability to “clean up” slides to provide pleasing aesthetic and nice usability for presentations.

  • Keen eye and high attention to detail.

  • Client-focused and well versed in conceptualization of marketing collateral development.

  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to constant revisions and changes.

  • Strong understanding of multiple print processes and prepress functions.

  • Strong leadership, project management, communication and time management skills.

  • Self-starter with solid business acumen, management and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment.

  • Multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.
