System Maintenance: Organize, develop, and maintain data systems for Literacy First (primarily with Salesforce). Ensure that data collected throughout our program is current, correct, and complete. Maintain documentation as needed.Research and data analysis: Work with colleagues and independent evaluators to design and implement examinations of data to answer specific questions. Examine data and look for trends to help guild decisions in the program.Reporting: Prepare text and visual summaries to facilitate interpretation of data. Plan, develop, and coordinate annual summary reports. Provide data analysis and prepare reports for decision-making, presentations, meetings, and training sessions.Data Collection Strategy: Determine data requirements, data sources, and data collection methods. Identify, explore, and document legacy and new sources for data. Maintain data systems and research best practice and alternative solutions to our current business office applications.Participate in processes and activities designed to establish an organizational culture that supports learning, collaboration, and collective responsibility to enhance professional relationships, job satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness. Provide professional development for colleagues in the program as needed (online and in-person presentations and online training modules).
