Lead campus-wide hazing prevention efforts for the institution including but not limited to executing programming/events, developing curriculum and new initiatives, evaluation, promotions, and student and stakeholder engagement.Coordinate risk management and safety programming for all student organizations, including but not limited to the implementation, evaluation, and administration of the peer-led required safety education program.Assist with the overall administration of the Successful Student Organization Program including but not limited to organizational coaching, administrative tracking, and more.Supervise, recruit, train, and evaluate graduate assistants and undergraduate student employees.Collaborate and provide content area expertise on hazing prevention and student organization risk management for student groups, campus units, and community partners. Including but not limited to providing trainings, consultations on programming, resource development, and more.Chair and/or participate on Office of the Dean of Students committees; represent the office of the dean of students on Division of Student Affairs committees, task forces, campus orientations, resource fairs, and requested speaking engagements.
