In alignment with the legislative, Consortium and University strategies, develop engaging and persuasive written content that focuses on the impact of the many mental health access programs that work to advance our mission. Content may take the form of slide decks, flyers, brochures, reports, newsletters, graphic designs, logos, promotional videos, website, and social media content that engage a variety of audiences, including physicians, school administrators and counselors, community mental health providers, parents, and children and adolescents. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create technical content that can be easily understood by broad audiences.Deliver and target content to specific audiences. Disseminate content through digital marketing tools, including websites, newsletters, and other channels. Create standard operating procedures related to communication efforts. Edit and proofread materials for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to branding guidelines.Participate in proofreading, editing, and publishing processes.Under the direction of the Sr. Communications Program Coordinator, conduct advanced planning and development of communication material presentations, webinars, meetings, and special events that help meet strategic goals and expand the reach of the Texas Child Mental Health programs and similar initiatives. Collaborate with the outreach team to ensure that all necessary communication collateral has been produced and is available for all events and meetings.Prepare materials and/or talking points for clinicians and clinical leadership for key and important interactions.Assist with the development and/or review of internal communications, such as employee newsletters and updates. As related to the TCMHP and other initiatives, coordinate School and/or Department-wide communications initiatives and event. Represent program in inter-departmental and inter-institutional meetings. Other duties as assigned.
