Social Media and Web: Under the direction of the Senior Program Manager plans and posts social media content for the Clements Center. Promotes programs and events through official social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. Maintains and updates content on the Clements Center website using a WordPress content management system.Photography and Graphic Design: Creates unique, aesthetic and on-brand graphics for event and programming promotion that follow UTs Brand Guidelines. Attends and photographs department events as assigned. Creates, edits, distributes, and manages an inventory of digital assets and images. Prepares promotional materials for events and programs using Adobe InDesign and other Adobe and Microsoft software.Marketing: Supports the Centers email outreach efforts. Maintains mailing lists. Drafts and sends monthly and weekly email announcements featuring all upcoming events. Maintains day-to-day email production schedule including the creation, development, testing and execution of email campaigns for targeted email communications via an email marketing tool such as MailChimp. Stays up-to-date on email marketing best practices and ensures all messages adhere to them.Collaboration: Provides marketing, social media, and graphic design support to Clements Center partners for co-sponsored events and programs, including the Strauss Center, the Intelligence Studies Project, and the America in the World Consortium. Keeps abreast of latest programming for Clements Center student programs, affiliate activities and other partner programming.Operations: Under the guidance of the Associate Director and the Assistant Director, receives in-person guests and visitors, and provides general hospitality.
