IMSolutions seeks a strategic and experienced BPA Program Manager to fill an exciting opportunity supporting a federal government Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order.

Depending on the Task Order assigned, this will be a remote, hybrid, or in-office role.

As the BPA Pro gram Manager , you are responsible for managing multiple project engagements/tasks, supervising contract personnel, interfacing with senior leadership, and assuring the quality of overall programs. You will create an environment that inspires and champions those who exceed desired results, leading and integrating elements of complex projects to achieve desired results by setting strategically aligned goals.

These functions include.

  • Oversight, coordination, and integration of multiple business improvement and enterprise transformation projects provided by the company or agency’s direction.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the contract as a whole and may supervise Order Program Managers

  • Assisting the customer in determining schedules, reviewing deliverables, and participating in project reviews across the customers' programs.

  • Setting project ‘point-of-view’ and overall approach to engagements and shaping senior management agendas to create and maintain an executive-level momentum for change.

  • Facilitating and leading team discussions and meetings.

  • Managing and controlling financial and administrative aspects of the program/project concerning task requirements.

  • Managing multiple projects of moderate to extreme complexity.

  • Overseeing the execution of single or multiple Call Orders (COs).

  • Staffing, staff direction, and oversight under the CO.

  • Program planning, production, quality, program financials, and providing deliverables under the CO.

  • Managing the client interface at the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) level.

What we are looking for.

  • Bachelor's degree and ten years of experience or a Master's degree and eight years of experience.

  • Direct Federal Government Agency contract management experience.

  • Strong background in program management.

  • Strong facilitation and cross-functional team facilitation skills.

  • Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives within organizations.

  • U.S. Citizen or Foreign National with a work permit and residing in the U.S. for three or more years.

Base compensation range and benefits.

  • $125,000 to $150,000 - Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location.
