You Should Have & What You Will Do

  • A passion for food, wine and service.

  • Superior communication skills (both written and spoken)

  • A rigorous attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Prefer (2) or more years of serving experience in a high volume refined dining, lounge and bar

  • A valid TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position

  • Have a professional knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails

  • Engage with guests and be able to recommend cocktails and suggest alternatives

  • Responsible to monitor, restock, and replenish bar inventory and supplies

  • Maintain constant communication with colleagues to anticipate guest needs and seat availability

  • Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, beer and proper technique.
