Our Exciting Opportunity:

The Ericsson Radio and Baseband Products have our ASICs as their backbone. Our ASICs continuously push limits in size, complexity, power, performance, process node technology, and design methodology. As our ASIC Product Engineer, you will work closely with other engineering disciplines as the design takes shape at the IP, SOC, and system level to ensure the final ASIC achieves program goals. You will also collaborate with cross-site colleagues and partners as we evolve capability to compete with the best in the world and accelerate our 5G leadership position.

Our Exciting Opportunity:

Are you ready for an exceptional opportunity with Ericsson as an ASIC Product Engineer? If so, this is the place for you!

You will:

  • Drive selection of yield enhancement tools and data analysis standards/reporting.
  • Define and execute characterization and qualification plans for the ASIC on the 93K ATE platform.
  • Define and execute high-voltage stress evaluation plans for wafer sort and release before qualification start.
  • Create burn-in/HTOL hardware requirements and create a strategy for handing off vectors to the burn-in vendor. This will include a validation of temperature, voltage/current, and time.
  • Provide technical leadership to guide the OSAT to satisfy technical and manufacturing requirements in terms of data collection, qualification plans, burn-in specifications, and execution of the plans.

To be successful in the role, you must have:

  • Several years of hands on, industryexperience in semiconductor product/test engineering of complex digital SOCs.
  • Thorough understanding of Scan/ATPG, MBIST, and Fuse Blocks.
  • A proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally both internally and externally.
  • Education: Minimum of B.S. in an Engineering field such as Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering/Science.
