Base Salary of: $50,000-$65,000 Based on Experince + Car Program + High Commission Payout

Position Overview:As a Sales Representative specializing in coffee, water, and pantry service solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Your primary focus will be to introduce our diverse range of offerings to prospective customers, tailor solutions to their unique needs, and cultivate lasting partnerships built on trust and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and preferences.

  • Present and demonstrate our comprehensive product portfolio with a focus on coffee, water, and pantry service offerings.

  • Develop customized proposals and pricing packages based on client needs and budget constraints.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of client agreements.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM software.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-term relationships with clients.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
