We are currently seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English and Spanish) individual to join our team as an Overnight Recruiter. With competitive pay of $25/hr and flexible hours from 12am to 4am, Sunday through Thursday, this role provides the perfect balance of independence and teamwork. salary: $24 - $25 per hour

work hours: 12 AM - 4 AM

Responsibilities
- bilingual(English and Spanish) required
-Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with hiring managers and candidates
Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
Manage job postings on various platforms to ensure maximum visibility
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress
The essential functions of this role include:
