Job Description:

Including but no limited too....

  • Commercial Repairs Project Manager

  • Be responsible for facility maintenance jobs from inception to completion

  • Be able to schedule work, do estimates, and keep budgets.

  • Ability to price jobs from reports from field technicians via photos ,knowledge, and prior data.

  • Working with sub contractors/vendors

Additional responsibilities will be added as the job description evolves.

Position Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years+hands on experiencewith with maintenance & construction skilled trades (plumbing ,carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing)

  • Experience working with self performing labor

  • Prior Prjoect Management expereince

  • Must be a self-performer with minimum guidance

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Must have the ability to manage employees and delegate them multiple tasks

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
