Overview:\ We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to seniors in need, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:\ - Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing\ - Assist with meal preparation and feeding\ - Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals\ - Monitor and report changes in clients condition or behavior\ - Assist with mobility and transfers\ - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry\ - Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients

Requirements:\ - Previous experience in senior care or a related field is preferred\ - Knowledge of behavior management techniques is a plus\ - Ability to provide patient and compassionate care\ - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals\ - Ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) for clients\ - Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of clients\ - Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for client transportation if required
