Job Description:

The purpose of this position is to plan and perform work requiring sound technical judgment in the evaluation, organization, and execution of project management assignments worldwide. This role has the responsibility to perform the essential job duties and functions as listed below with the overall objective of managing and/or coordinating project activities that are in compliance with the contract and ensure the safety, quality, value, timeliness, and Fluor profitability of the completed project. Performing assigned general duties of limited scope and level of responsibility, this entry-level position is designed to develop broader project management knowledge and experience. This role learns about and applies established procedures and techniques in accomplishment of work activities.

• Perform basic project engineering functions involving monitoring of progress, preparation of procedures, documentation of communications and meetings, and identification/evaluation of project issues and problems

• Supports efforts of technical disciplines to ensure integrated and complete designs that meet project requirements

• Support design efforts with vendors and licensors to ensure proper and complete integration

• Participate in worksharing in accordance with distributed execution plan among multiple offices

• Review technical documents for facilities communications, power, space, cooling and communication backbone requirements

• Plan and coordinate requirements throughout the project life cycle within organizational and enterprise departments/agencies

• Intergrade calculated engineering information from a multitude of facilities controls systems and software programs to identify deficiencies in facilities critical infrastructure systems

• Analyze, develop and maintain reporting and O&M management techniques directly supporting datacenter mission systems

• Manages Facilities Configuration Management [FCM]/Computerized Maintenance Management System [CMMS] databases/critical assets and associated applications to maintain industry O & M standards

• Develop/integrate new practices (processes) into appropriate databases for records management and daily operations per customer requirements

• Program, plan and execute from strt to finish a high volume mission projects developing requirements, material take offs, cost and budget, weekly-monthly scheduling and QA-documentation closure

• Responsible for all technical and engineering aspects across multiple disciplines with emphasis in micromanagement of the technical electrical distribution system related to mission systems in an ever changing environment

• Management of Critical Facilities O&M for data centers power, space, and cooling

• Manages inventory and forecasts product life cycles of various facilities systems to maintain essential in supporting data centers

• Develop, implement and maintain management of air flow, electrical distribution and other associated facilities systems within data centers working with a verity of engineers

• Identify and recommend solutions transition gaps in O&M as data centers transition from legacy to modern datacenters

• Other duties as assigned

Salary Requirements: $90,000 to $110,000
