About this Role

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for maintaining effective workflows through efficient management across all departments within the company. The Administrative Coordinator will coordinate, oversee, and perform a wide variety of administrative support, including maintaining schedules, managing budgets, and maintaining company records.

What You'll Do

  • Support office operations, and handle administrative tasks daily

  • Provide assistance to staff, managers, and senior-level management

  • Act as primary point of contact for employees, customers, and vendors

  • Coordinate general operations, and ensure everything is on schedule to meet or exceed deadlines

  • Organize meetings and meeting schedules for each department

  • Make staff travel arrangements

  • Communicate with staff and customers, and address incoming queries

  • Perform clerical duties, such as filing, faxing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails

  • Receive and forward communications to staff and departments

  • Process, and keep track of office expenses

  • Organize and maintain employee records, and company documents

  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, memos, and reports for management

  • Create, prepare, and deliver reports to various departments

  • Establish and/or review office policies and procedures, and update as needed

  • Develop and monitor annual budget for department

  • Coordinate with Human Resources to handle payroll and personnel (Optionality based on who they are supporting?)

  • Work with the Accounting department to process invoices, make payments and track receipts (Optionality based on who they are supporting?)

  • Manage and order office supplies as necessary

  • All other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

  • Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Budgeting

  • Knowledge of Office Management principles and procedures

  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently, and follow through on assignments and meet deadlines

  • Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize and organize workloads

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

  • Ability to work well collaboratively within a team environment

  • Experience utilizing office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • 3-5 Years of Relative Experience

    Preferred Education and Experience

  • Associate degree in office administration or Equivalent

  • 5+ Years of Relative Experience

  • Prior Experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or Equivalent

The salary range for this position generally ranges between $26.00 - $30.00 an hour This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.

Please note that the compensation information above is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation.

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $26.00/Hr. - USD $30.00/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications.
