What you’ll get to do:

You are the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Scrum Master / Team Coach for an Agile team who facilitates team events and processes and supports Teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in delivering value.

You help educate the team in Scrum, Built-in-Quality, Kanban, and SAFe and ensure that the agreed Agile processes are followed. You also help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.

You will:

  • Assist your team in meeting their delivery goals,

  • Coach your team in self-organization and self-management,

  • Help your team coordinate and participate in ART events,

  • Increase the effectiveness of SAFe across the organization.

You’ll bring these attributes:

  • Coach – You understand and educate the team on methods: SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Flow, and Built-in-Quality.

You’ll bring these qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in technical field plus four years of experience or 8 years of work experience in lieu of degree will be considered,

  • Active Top Secret//Sensitive Compartmented Information with Counterintelligence Information (TS//SCI CI) Polygraph.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have :

  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Scrum Master certification,

Familiarity with the:

  • Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, and Assess (F2T2EA) dynamic targeting process,

  • Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act (OODA) loop approach to decision-making,

  • Task, Collect, Process, Exploit, and Disseminate (TCPED) process for operations and intelligence planners to synchronize resources and

  • Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing & Integration, and Maintenance (PADITIM) Software Development Life Cycle.

$74,600-$156,700
