Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in Aurora, Colorado
Description We are in the search for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Aurora, Colorado. The role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This position is a key driver in supporting and developing company culture, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing recruitment and training processes.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment by building and maintaining a strong HR team
• Oversee and manage recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring the right people are in the right roles
• Manage complex employee relations caseloads
• Assess training needs, and track training programs to ensure effectiveness and compliance
• Oversee and manage effective onboarding plans
• Use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee data is up-to-date and confidential
• Manage and update HR policies and oversee their implementation. Requirements • Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager for a minimum of 5 years.
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Administration and Hiring Processes.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), specifically ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Ceridian HR platform.
• Familiarity with HCM (Human Capital Management) software.
• Understanding of Benefit Functions within a corporate environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Compliance regulations and Employee Relations.
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business plan.
• Valid certifications in Human Resources will be a plus.
• Must be able to legally work in the location of the job.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
