Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in public/community health, social work, or a directly related field from an accredited university.

  • Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.

  • At least one year of experience working with young adults or adolescents.

  • At least one year of experience working in prevention or community health.

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience teaching sexual education to adolescents or young adults.

  • Experience working in a clinical setting.

  • Experience working in a high-school setting.

  • Demonstrated experience in community organizing and/or community engagement.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
