Franklin D Azar & Associates Facilities Assistant in Aurora, Colorado

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Facilities Assistant to join our law firm. This role involves traveling to different office locations to ensure that our facilities are maintained at the highest standards. The Facilities Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by assisting with various tasks related to office maintenance and organization.

Being highly motivated, self-starting and a dependable individual is a must to join our team.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  1. Daily facility operations

  2. Travel to different office locations as assigned to perform facilities-related tasks.

  3. Attend to the facilities work orders

  4. Assist with basic repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, repairing fixtures, and restocking all office locations with necessary supplies.

5.Handle incoming deliveries

  1. Reports to Facilities Manager

  2. Occasional weekend projects as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Ability to travel between office locations on a regular basis. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address maintenance issues effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed. Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
