ManpowerGroup Customer Service Rep I in Aurora, Colorado
Our client in the logistics industry is seeking a Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Last Mile department supporting the 3PD Direct Specialty team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask successfully in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Customer Service Rep I
Location: Aurora, CO
Pay Range: $19 per hour
What's the Job?
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
Monitor progress of delivery routes
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
What's Needed?
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
High school diploma or equivalent
1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
