Job Overview

The Clinical Dietitian Professional is an experienced team member who provides comprehensive, safe, and ethical medical nutrition therapy to patients, families, and other clients in inpatient or outpatient settings.

Additional Information

Department Name: Sports Medicine. Primary locations will be in the South Denver Metro area and will include Highlands Ranch, Centennial, and Parker Job Status: Part-Time, 20 hours/week Shift: 3 x 4-hour clinical shifts, (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the PM); 8 hours per week administrative work (notes, developing community talks, provider consults, etc)

Qualifications

EDUCATION - Bachelor's Degree* EXPERIENCE - Three (3) years clinical nutrition. Sports and eating disorder experience preferred. LICENSURES -Registered Dietitians (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) Master's Degree required as of 1/1/2024 for RD credential This position may require a BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Assesses, plans, and delivers accurate medical nutrition therapy using established standards and evidence.

Incorporates principles of culture-competence and family-centered care.

Actively contributes to rou ds, care conferences, and care coordination. Collaborates and promotes teamwork to achieve positive patient and client outcomes across the organization and/or within the department.
