Description

Robert Half has partnered with a sales organization in Aurora in search of an Accountant! The Accountant position is offering a great work/life balance and this organization has a great family feel environment. The Accountant position is paying $70,000-$85,000!

The Accountant will be responsible for the following:

  • Generate and supervise standard journal entries.

  • Oversee monthly financial transactions.

  • Review and reconcile key general ledger accounts.

  • Keep detailed records pertaining to fixed assets.

  • Assist with processing ACH transactions and domestic wire transfers.

  • Document financial transactions in the general ledger using the accounts payable (AP) payments process.

  • Personal property tax schedules and annual filings.

  • Engage in the ongoing planning process for annual audits.

  • Assist in preparing schedules and other information required by auditors during financial audits.

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements for the Accountant include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

  • 4+ years of accounting experience
