· BE Electrical /Electronic Engineering with Post graduation - 9 to 10 years of knowledge in Technical field relevant to Quality Management and Engineering background.

· NCR handling through MINERVA software and maintaining and Monitoring of Quality objective.

· Capable of doing analysis of observed Nonconformances, monitoring the effectiveness of CAPA, taking follow-up with all departments.

· Generating real-time data and exploring Value added opportunities to meet business objective.

· Prepare training plan for department & update skill matrix, face internal as well as external audit.

· Handling different type of electronic equipment.

· know good knowledge about the use of 7 quality tools for a systematic approach for RCA.

· Shall have good communication and data analytics skills in communicating internal customers about quality updates/observations/reports and requesting corrective actions.

· Candidate shall have min 9 to 10 years of experience in Quality management & having product knowledge of air-insulated switch gear will be added advantage.

· Bachelor’s degree in Electronic /Electrical Engineering and Post-Graduation.

Technical Skills:

  • 7 Quality tools operation.

  • Measuring instrument handling.

  • Handling IoT projects.

  • Expert level Communication skills for clarifying requirements/solutions and resolving misunderstandings

  • Pronounced proactive mindset and approach to serve colleagues, internal and external customers

  • Extraordinary Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural team

  • Pronounced Quality Focus.
