Job Description

We are looking for an Image Processing Supervisor to provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and ensure departmental goals are achieved. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the image processing team using VPS, ensuring a 99.9% accuracy rate

  • Set team targets for processing a minimum of 350 images per hour and ensure team members meet or exceed this benchmark

  • Identify patterns of abnormalities in image processing, document these instances, and report findings to higher management for systemic resolution

  • Lead by example to perform all job functions in compliance with established performance measures

  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and ensure departmental goals are achieved

  • Conduct regular quality checks and performance reviews to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency

  • Facilitate a collaborative work environment that encourages feedback and continuous improvement

What You'll Need

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in data entry or a related field where performance was measured by accuracy

  • Proficient in basic PC skills and familiar with data entry standards

  • Demonstrated ability to lead a productive team and maintain a hardworking environment

  • Strong data entry skills (minimum of 20 wpm) with excellent attention to detail

  • Superior written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Proven decision-making skills with the ability to act as a role model in the department

  • Reliable and stable work history with the ability to self-manage and adapt to remote work conditions

  • Must be a resident of Florida

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a cell phone

  • Possession of a valid Driver's License

  • Comfortable with conducting interviews remotely and managing a remote team

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA, federal, state, and local standards

  • Predominantly sedentary work with occasional mobility required for attending meetings or managing the team

  • Frequent use of computer, mouse, keyboard, and monitor, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
