What will you be doing?

  • Supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals.
  • Assisting individuals with community integration and finding natural supports.
  • Supporting individuals to research, schedule and budget activities and events.
  • Assisting individuals to maintain their independence in their homes and communities.
  • Maintaining health and safety while adhering to Living Innovations policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid state issued drivers license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration.
  • Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies.
  • Certifications will vary per state regulation and program needs.
