What will you be doing?
- Supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals.
- Assisting individuals with community integration and finding natural supports.
- Supporting individuals to research, schedule and budget activities and events.
- Assisting individuals to maintain their independence in their homes and communities.
- Maintaining health and safety while adhering to Living Innovations policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid state issued drivers license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration.
- Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies.
- Certifications will vary per state regulation and program needs.
