Busy, non-profit agency looking for dedicated, hard-working, experienced community case manager for adults with cognitive and intellectual impairments in the Augusta area. Interested applicants must have a degree in human services, psychology, behavioral health, special education, counseling or related field and 2 years of experience working in this population. Candidates must also have clean comprehensive background checks, driving records, and child/adult protective checks. Reliable vehicle required. EOE

At least two (2) years experience in one of the areas listed below under degree criteria.

One year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or autism Experience with licensing requirements and MaineCare regulations.

Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with outside vendors, professional associates, and personal supports individuals at all levels.

Bachelors Degree from an accredited four (4) year institution of higher learning with a specialization in psychology, behavioral health, social work, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, nursing, or closely related field.
