ADP Time Implementation Consultant - Migrations in Augusta, Georgia

As a Implementation Consultant in Migrations , You would be responsible for successful migration of client time & labor data from a current legacy E-time system into ADP Workforce Manager Product.

This is a client facing role, you will connect with clients directly, manage conversations, data collation, and perform necessary activities with the client for the migrations of projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

  • Perform extraction, transformation, and load data using ADP Navigator Tool.

  • Discuss with client contact and/or project team in accessing the client data.

  • Extract source system data from legacy applications.

  • Structure data into a format that can be used by the migration process while maintaining complete data integrity.

  • Compile conversion data and review mapping document

  • Perform Data Transformation using compiled source data and mapping document.

  • Review the conversion with the migration Project Team (Implementation Consultants etc.)

  • Work closely with project team/client in fixing the data issues and stay on top of the given timelines.

  • Complete ownership throughout the data migration life cycle.

  • Review business and technical requirements and ensure the data integration meets all requirements.

  • Understands the target ADP Workforce Manager application and database structure to enable effective resolution of transformation errors. Ensure accuracy, the integrity of data and applications through analysis, clear documentation & problem resolution.

  • Provides periodic status updates to the migration team. Uses excellent communication and facilitation skills to advise and influence the project team and Clients.

  • Client facing role, to connect with clients directly, manage conversations, data collation, and perform necessary activities with the client for the migrations of projects.

  • At least 1 years of experience working in a role in an implementation, client service, or customer service environment.

  • Previous experience with Time & Labor technology and/or implementing new technologies within an organization.

  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills

Qualifications

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

  • Experience noted above OR

  • Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
