Kaizen Approach, Inc Systems Engineer II in Augusta, Georgia
Are you mission focused and ready to be with a company that truly values your contributions? We are currently looking to hire an experienced System Engineer to analyze system requirements and concept of operation documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluations. You will provide specialized capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance area as assigned in the program documentation.
Requirements:
Experience participating in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities based upon an evaluation of all necessary development and operational considerations
Experience coordinating the resolution of action items from meetings, design reviews, program views, and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination
Fourteen (14) years of systems engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Highly Preferred:
Current IAT Level I Certification
Experience implementing comprehensive SOA solutions
